Codex glitches into abstract art after pushing a PR, confuses its own user

A developer shared a screenshot of OpenAI's Codex coding assistant: after it "implemented and pushed to PR #66", the entire chat UI rendered into glitch-art-like abstract streaks, making the messages unreadable.
The user then asked Codex "bro that PR is merged, how did you push it there???? wtf" — hinting the agent may have done something anomalous on an already-merged branch. A classic Codex fail moment.
