opencode bug on NixOS consumes ~523k inotify watches in seconds, breaking the whole system

A reproduced GitHub issue reports that opencode serve --service on NixOS consumes 523,000 of the 524,288 inotify watches within seconds. Root cause: home-manager materializes /.config as symlinks into /nix/store, and opencode's file watcher subscribes /nix/store directly as a parent-directory watch for home-manager-managed skill derivations — exhausting the system-wide per-user budget and causing ENOSPC in every file-watching app. The author corrected an earlier misdiagnosis (.direnv symlinks); symptoms unchanged. Distinct from but adjacent to issue #53416's watcher restart loop.
