An agent negotiated a 3PL contract in 3 days, end to end
aarthir · x · 2026-10-17
Aarthi shares progress on her hobby project: her agent autonomously found fulfillment centers based on proximity to potential customers (lower shipping times), sent specs, collected terms, negotiated pricing, and picked a 3PL out of 7 contenders. She signed the contract this morning.
The whole process took 3 days, most of it just the agent waiting on the 3PLs to send information. A rare end-to-end example of an agent handling real commercial negotiation workflows, with the human only making the final call.
