Kornia ships open-source Rust SLAM pipeline, seeking battle testers
kornia_foss · x · 2026-10-17
The Kornia open-source computer vision project has released kornia-slam, a new SLAM pipeline written in Rust, fully open source with a dedicated site.
The team is looking for battle-testing users and contributors; practitioner pablovelagomez1 reports it has been a huge help and plans to contribute his own work back to the project. Notable new infrastructure for anyone doing visual localization and mapping.
