Claude Desktop bug: wrap_up box ends the turn before the reply is written

A bug report on Claude Desktop for Windows' Code tab shows the wrapup tool can end the turn before the model writes its answer: the tool forbids text after the call, but nothing checks that a reply was written before calling. In one session the model called wrapup with an ask three times before delivering findings, leaving users with just a recap and buttons. A related flaw lets a second wrapup call silently overwrite the first one's question, despite the contract saying not to call it again. Proposed fix: enforce the contract server-side by refusing ask-calls until assistant text exists.
