Meta launches Muse Spark Open: 816B-param, 1M-context open model pitched as best US open-weight LLM

Meta (announced by Alexandr Wang) released Muse Spark Open, calling it the most capable US open-weight model to date: 816B total params, 42B active, 1M-token context, natively multimodal, built for coding and agentic long-horizon work. Third party RunAnywhereAI says it's live on Wally at 370 tok/s, 2x faster than any OpenRouter provider, with $5 free on signup.
