Isolating Antigravity chats per subfolder with AGY Rules and PreInvocation Hooks

A shared workspace template for Google Antigravity uses AGY Rules and a PreInvocation Hook to give each chat its own subfolder, preventing context bleed between parallel sessions, with folder create/rename/delete auto-synced to the UI.
