qwen-code issue proposes replacing ModelStudio onboarding with Qwen Cloud

A feature request (issue #14025) on QwenLM/qwen-code proposes replacing the existing Alibaba ModelStudio entry in /auth with "千问AI平台 / QwenCloud" and keeping it first in the top-level provider list.
Key points: explicit China vs. international platform selection (UI language shouldn't silently pick the endpoint); Token Plan and standard pay-as-you-go API key options with matching endpoints and key-acquisition links; QwenCloud offers no Coding Plan, so existing Coding Plan configs would be handled only as backward compatibility; and user-saved credentials, endpoints, and custom configs must not be silently rewritten.
