Claude Desktop Bug: Mic Dictation Loses Live Transcript, Stuck on English 'Listening...'

Issue #102548 on anthropics/claude-code reports that after a recent update, the Windows Claude desktop app (2.42304.0) no longer shows a live transcript during mic dictation — only an English "Listening..." placeholder, with the full transcript inserted only after stopping.
- The user configured Czech ("language": "cs"), but both placeholder and transcript ignore it; similar reports exist from Turkish and Ukrainian users, suggesting broken multilingual dictation across desktop.
- Restarts don't help; the regression makes long dictated instructions error-prone since mistakes can't be spotted in real time.
