Cross-review coding workflow: Claude writes the plan, Codex audits it
theteknosaur · x · 2026-10-16
The author shares a hands-on dual-model workflow: Claude writes a plan into an md file in the repo and hands a tiny prompt to paste into Codex; Codex reads it, writes its own notes md, Claude revises, then one builds and the other audits (order varies). Key insight: a model reviewing its own code is too lenient — models from different labs have different blind spots and no loyalty to code they didn't write, so they catch real issues. Slower, but effective and fun.
