MIKE: open-source kanban agent harness with gVisor sandboxing and local-model support
SoftwareRenderer · reddit · 2026-10-16
The author released MIKE (Integrated Kanban Environment), a self-built agent harness. Key features: gVisor + Podman sandbox isolation, a secure Progressive Web App interface, and first-class local model support (e.g. showing llama.cpp prompt-processing progress). Kanban UI shows per-task model tags, subtasks and code diffs. Source on GitHub, with a 5-minute demo video.
