Poisoned SERPs broke rank tracking — a Claude MCP + Notion workaround
VeryWellVersed · x · 2026-10-16
SEO practitioner brodieseo says "poisoned SERPs" have hit nearly every rank-tracking provider. His workaround that Google hasn't blocked yet: connect the SERP Lens MCP to Claude Desktop, use Notion as the data destination, and have Claude run scheduled ranking checks. It works because the SERP Lens browser strips /goto links by default and Claude can switch VPN location via the MCP. He runs it daily from Sydney, logging rank, URL and SERP features for a client automatically.
