Neon launched Realtime in public beta (built by the Electric team): any SQL query, joins and aggregates included, can be subscribed from the frontend and updated live via a brand-new sync/query engine running inside Postgres. Available on all plans and pitched as agent-ready, with an engineering writeup promised.
