Neocloud risk isn't demand — it's that most builders can't deliver at gigawatt scale
JOBhakdi · x · 2026-10-15
JOBhakdi argues the memory/semi scare is misguided and neocloud fears have the wrong cause: there is no demand problem, but a buildout problem. Gigawatt-scale neoclouds are extremely hard to build, most neocloud companies can't get it done, and that wrecks their economics.
