TypeLLM: Open-Source Type-Safe LLM Generation Runs Whole Workflows in One API Call

TypeLLM (Apache-2.0, 948 GitHub stars) brings type-safe generation to LLMs: instead of a chat reply or a single choice, it takes an entire workflow shape—one JSON Schema with multiple typed answers, dependencies, and conditional fields—and executes it in a single API call. Recent updates include workflow pausing for tool/human input, image grounding that returns bounding boxes for every match, confidence-gated conditional fields (e.g. output category only when confidence ≥ 0.8), and typed objects and arrays. A hosted TypeLLM API is live with $5 free credit.
