McDonald's MCP hackathon spawns 'mcstomach', an AI skill that distills your order history
AlchainHust · x · 2026-10-15
- A McDonald's MCP hackathon (grand prize: 50 Big Macs) inspired dev Alchain's open-source project "mcstomach": say "distill my stomach" and it reads your recent McDonald's orders read-only via the official McDonald's MCP, extracts taste rules with counts and confidence, asks only about genuine ambiguities, then generates a portable preference profile plus an AI-generated collectible card (14 titles, 20% chance of a retro pixel hidden variant).
- Later, hand the profile to any AI and it knows what to order for you; it can also compare two people's compatibility and update rules incrementally.
- Design principles: every conclusion traceable to an order, read-only (no ordering/coupons), no inference about profession/income/health, hard restrictions only from what users say.
