Violet Peng, lead of Google's AIS (Agents for AI-Infra and Science) group, is hiring FTEs and interns. The team co-designs models and agent frameworks to optimize the ML infra stack and accelerate science: multi-agent code rewrite and optimization (kernel tuning, dynamic job scheduling, repo-level optimization), verifiable reasoning and code generation with formal proofs for math/physics, and memory-efficient models for long-horizon agents. Featured work includes Leap, an agentic framework supercharging LLMs for formal mathematics.
