- One lane per business: 3 files each — today's tasks, how it runs, asset locations
- CEO agent: a Cursor Projects coordinator that plans the day, capped at 3 tasks per lane, operable from his phone
- Day log: chats can't see each other, only files — every task logs what it did, next task reads the log first (33 entries yesterday)
- Review card: every task ends with what it did and how he verifies it; nothing ships without his yes
- Guardrail that says NO: strategy is locked until weekly review; trying to pivot after one bad day gets rejected
He calls the guardrail the best thing he's built this year — "AI can easily do 10 tasks a day, but without proper review you're just shipping slop faster."
