Script keeps Tailscale running across ChatGPT Dots VM rebuilds via /workspace state

Because ChatGPT Dots cloud VMs are periodically replaced, a developer open-sourced dots-tailscale v0.1.0: a setup script that runs Tailscale with user-level OpenSSH inside the VM and persists installation and node state in /workspace, surviving VM rebuilds. Verified running for 24+ hours; an independent community project, not affiliated with OpenAI or Tailscale.
