User says OpenAI denied his Pro $200 grandfathering despite billing records that meet the stated criteria

A user details his fight over OpenAI's Pro $200 grandfathering, with billing records and support emails.
The facts
- Official rule: active Pro 200 subscription any time Sept 22–29 qualifies for the old allowance through Oct 29
- He was billed $212.80 on the 6th of July, August, September, and October — no lapse, no plan change
- Support first wrote in writing that his history met the date requirement, then reversed on Oct 11 without naming which criterion he failed
- The same email thread granted him the one-time 62,500 credits ("$2,500 value") for being an existing Pro 200 subscriber — the system counted him as legacy for credits but not for the allowance
- Support admitted it "cannot confirm the exact usage allowance multiplier applied" to his account, while the UI only shows a percentage and reset timer, never the allowance itself
Extra findings: purchased resets silently cancel the scheduled weekly reset (fine print only), and with a halved allowance each reset only refills to half. Only heavy Codex users would ever notice. He's posted #NameTheCriterion with ten written questions demanding answers by Oct 19.
