Google's EmbeddingGemma2 becomes 4th most-liked Google model on Hugging Face after one week

According to Sentence Transformers maintainer Tom Aarsen, Google's EmbeddingGemma2 has surpassed its predecessor's likes in just one week, becoming the 4th most-liked Google model ever on Hugging Face and the 3rd most-liked Sentence Transformers model. It is natively integrated into Sentence Transformers for embeddings across any modality, with over 120k downloads so far.
