opentel-mcp v0.17 adds staleness detection and credential scrubbing for MCP tools

Inspired by a Reddit discussion, the author shipped staleness detection in opentel-mcp v0.17: tools self-report freshness via result.meta (maxAgeMs for rolling windows, freshUntil for fixed deadlines), stale responses are flagged on spans — not errors — and feed a per-tool health grade; tools that don't report freshness get no verdict. The release also adds credential scrubbing in recorded errors, cross-site/DNS-rebinding protection, request size limits, and strict CSP. Try it: npx opentel-mcp-ui --demo.
