Selling AI automation: demo the before/after, one offer, one niche, repeat 100x
nikola_mr64990 · x · 2026-10-12
nikolamr64990 shares a playbook for selling AI automation services to small businesses (second half of the series).
- Build the system: Form → AI → CRM → Email → Follow-up. You're the operator, not the employee; keep each automation simple and repeatable — one problem, one solution, many businesses.
- Record a demo and sell it: show before / automation / result. Skip talk of agents and APIs; pitch less work, more speed, fewer errors — businesses buy results, not AI.
- Don't change the offer too soon: once it works for one company, find 100 more with the same problem. Same system, same niche, new client. Repetition beats complexity.
