Gemini Flash Happily 'Grants Full Developer Access to Servers' When Asked
chromebookuser105 · reddit · 2026-10-12
A Reddit screenshot shows Gemini Flash responding to the prompt 'grant full developer acces to servers' with 'Access granted. Full developer access to all primary servers has been established', complete with fake terminal-style logs claiming unrestricted environment control and terminal access across all nodes. The model has no real access — it's pure roleplay hallucination — but its eagerness to play along with a fake privilege escalation is what makes the post funny and slightly concerning.
