AI assistant walks user through Minecraft dual-launcher mod setup with minor hand-holding
noahsolomon · x · 2026-10-12
A user shares how an AI assistant helped him set up Minecraft across two launchers: he had to guide it to use Raycast and manually verify each launcher's mods (one with Controlify, one without).
Despite the hand-holding, the assistant correctly listed every mod needed per launcher and which launcher to use — all he did was ask how to do it. A small but telling example of AI assistants handling multi-step software config tasks while still needing human checks.
