CC Switcher: open-source Windows app runs Claude Code under multiple accounts at once

After zeeg asked for an easy account switcher for Claude Code Desktop, David Cramer open-sourced CC Switcher: a small Windows-only app that runs Claude under several named profiles simultaneously (e.g. work vs personal). Pick a profile and Claude opens signed in as that account, alongside other already-open profiles. Install via cc-switcher-setup.exe (per-user, no admin required); the unsigned installer requires bypassing Windows SmartScreen. Unofficial, not affiliated with Anthropic.
