Developer proposes OpenAI grant $100k AI credits and AWS $100k compute to builders

Developer Gajesh floated an idea for a program where OpenAI simply hands ambitious builders $100k in AI credits while AWS provides $100k in compute, arguing the odds of someone making a huge impact would be very high.
He notes OpenAI is already partly doing this via Codex credit resets, and says it would be cool to see it formalized.
