YC-backed Sona8 uses AI voice agents to interview employees, signs top-3 consultancy
ycombinator · x · 2026-10-10
Sona8 launched on Y Combinator as a 'context layer' for AI automation. Founded by ex-BCG/McKinsey consultants, it surveys employees with AI voice agents (in their own language, with follow-ups) to map how work is actually done, then surfaces themes and process maps. Already 10,000+ employee interviews completed and one of the top-3 consulting firms signed. The long-term vision: a live context graph of workflows combining employee input with a company's existing systems, so AI agents know how work gets done before automating it.
