Nautilo launches open-source multi-user, multi-agent workspace so agent work finally compounds
Dan_Jeffries1 · x · 2026-10-10
Dan Jeffries promotes Nautilo, an MIT-licensed open-source workspace responding to fchollet's critique that AI agents are "single-player" with results trapped in ephemeral chats. Users and their deeply customizable "Genie" agents share Rooms, agents join conversations without @ rituals, and outputs are written to a structured workspace so work compounds.
Available on Mac/iPhone/Android and web; deploy locally via Docker or to Railway/cloud. Upcoming Gateway service will unify chat, coding, music and video behind one key. Companion open-source project Busabase provides the structured database for agents.
