Hugging Face dev NielsRogge tested an AI agent that was supposed to book a hotel for him. The booking failed, and along the way he had to manually enter his credit card details — "at this point I could've booked it myself." A candid reminder that for real-world tasks involving payment and account flows, today's agents still fall short of hands-off automation.
