Satori's next version adds grid, sticky, 3D transforms—whole video rendered frame by frame
shuding · x · 2026-10-09
Vercel engineer shuding, author of Satori, says the next version of the HTML-to-SVG renderer will support many previously missing CSS features: grid, fixed/sticky positioning, float/clear, list-style, counters, z-index, 3D transforms, conic gradients, calc()/min()/max()/clamp(), and more.
He also demos a video where every single frame is rendered with Satori, showing how far the engine's capabilities have stretched.
