OpenAI's Live API can be steered in real time via session.instructions.append

OpenAI's @juberti responded to @jezell's note that model steering is now live in the Responses API, pointing out that besides Responses you can use session.instructions.append to steer the Live API, and it takes effect immediately. The quoted post said steering was always where things needed to head and wondered whether the Responses team beat juberti to adding realtime steering.
