Creator fires back at AI-art critics who ignore the craft behind quality AI work
Uncanny_Harry · x · 2026-10-09
X user UncannyHarry pushed back against critics of AI-made works, arguing they have no idea how much effort and craft it takes to make something this good with AI. He says it's fine to oppose AI on ethical grounds or dislike the genre, but dismissing AI work with "I could've shot that on my phone"-style takes shows ignorance of the process — critics should understand how any medium is made before attacking it.
