Ditto manages the dev portals: Telegram bots connect with just a phone number

In a clip from the SubnetSummerTAO AMA, @peytonspencer explained how the team built things so users don't have to: unlike Hermes, which makes you mint a Telegram bot, Ditto only asks for your phone number. The Telegram and Discord developer portals sit on Ditto's side — Telegram connects via your number, and Discord uses the login you already have, lowering the barrier for users to deploy bots.
