OpenClaw slashes 1.3M flaky tests, doubling CI speed in big cleanup push

OpenClaw is undergoing a major slim-down push for efficiency and stability. Per steipete, around 1.3 million weak/flaky tests have been deleted, cutting CI times roughly in half. The community jokes it's the "Marie Clawndo" method in full effect.
