Open-source Restock agent automates office supply orders with Stripe Link human-in-the-loop payments
jeff_weinstein · x · 2026-10-09
- Restock, an open-source agent built on LangChain's MPP + Managed Deep Agents, can find real products, prepare purchases, and pay for them automatically — pens, groceries, and more.
- Payments run through Stripe's Link agent wallet with human-in-the-loop approval: the agent asks in Slack, you review the order, then approve payment, with user authentication and secure secrets storage handled.
- It's fully open source, so developers can fork, modify, and deploy it themselves with mda deploy, making it a reference implementation for complex agentic commerce flows.
