SAP rolls Joule Work out to all customers this month, with 110,000 internal employees on board

SAP announced at SAP Connect in Las Vegas that its Joule Work agentic workspace moves from early-adopter program to general availability for all customers this month, per CEO Christian Klein, with a potential user base of over 400 million.
- Internally, 110,000 SAP employees run hundreds of thousands of tasks daily in Joule Work, with productivity gains above 20% in HR and finance.
- Since Sapphire in May: 200+ agents built, targeting 400+ by year end; Joule Studio lets customers build their own agents.
- Customer example: Novartis procurement co-developed and launched agents with SAP.
- SAP also announced the TechWolf acquisition and new payments features.
