Datalab details rebuilt chart understanding: 28% higher accuracy, p50 latency 34s→9s

Datalab's blog post details the rebuilt chart-understanding feature in its Convert document parser. On an internal eval of thousands of pages: accuracy +28%, completeness +18%, outputs with unsupported values down 56%, outputs with incorrect values down 93%. Chart step p50 latency fell from 34.3s to 9.1s; full Convert p50 from 47.2s to 22.6s, at an unchanged $3/1,000 pages. Text outside charts is now never modified. Includes demos parsing US Treasury monthly report charts into clean tables.
