localmcplib: an open-source shared component library for local MCP servers

The author open-sourced salesforce-misc/localmcplib, a shared component library for local MCP servers to avoid copy-paste drift. Key pieces:
- STDIO server instantiation handled once, no boilerplate per server
- Shared config across related servers via a single TOML
- Secrets: never stored in local config; resolved via env vars or the OS keyring
- LLM routing with explicit model choice, supporting native and openaicompatible
- Sandboxing (the finicky part): security profiles with sandbox roots, read/write access, executable allowlists, IPC and network controls; macOS-only via Seatbelt (sandbox-exec) for now
- Durable workflows: LangGraph checkpointing plus SQLite-backed state and recovery
- Observability: structured logs and Langfuse integration
A concrete implementation, pr-council-mcp, is also open-sourced. Still experimental; feedback welcome.
