In a discussion with Sentry CEO David Cramer, msfeldstein argues multiple-bot UX is too complex for onboarding but has a higher ceiling. His approach: start with one bot and only break it out when it says things are getting complicated. Running everything in a single thread would leave both him and the agent lost in unnecessary context.
