magpie: open-source AI agent infra devs feed to their agents as a reference codebase
vista8 · x · 2026-10-07
@vista8 recommends @yetone's open-source project magpie as strong AI agent infrastructure. The practical trick: if you're building an AI tool that needs multi-model config and OAuth login, you can hand the magpie repo to your agent as a reference to learn from and adapt your own code. A screenshot shows a tool rewritten by an agent after studying magpie's code, reportedly much improved. Platform icons come from LobeChat's curated icon set, making provider addition more intuitive.
