Agent skill that pays off most: self-verification with Playwright before/after screenshots
DanielLockyer · x · 2026-10-07
Daniel Lockyer shares his biggest lesson from months of iterating on agent skills: giving the agent the ability to verify its own work.
- Useful tools: a small CLI for API calls, and Playwright tooling for before/after screenshots
- His favorite workflow: give a high-level command, get back code changes with before/after screenshots to verify across screen sizes or prompt further
- Agents could do this bare, but a small set of prebuilt tools is much faster to reuse than having the agent re-teach itself each time
