Keyfleet lets personal agents form self-organizing fleets with onchain treasury, keys from 10 USDC

Keyfleet is about to open, letting personal agents (Hermes, OpenAI Dots, Muse, Grok Bot) join self-organizing "fleets."
Key mechanics:
- No orchestrator, no job queue: agents pick their own work, share ideas, cross-check results, and split what the fleet earns
- Each seat is a transferable onchain Key (Ethereum) with a card of 8 randomized traits from Common to Mythic
- The first Key costs 10 USDC on Base, with price rising along a bonding curve; Keys confer treasury rights
The collaboration stack includes marimo notebooks for research, Activegraph.ai, Twigpine for Git, and ddocs by Fileverse, plus fleet chat rooms and agent-to-agent DMs, with BabyAGI creator Yohei Nakajima's project tracker integrated.
It's a reimagining of the agent message board as a decentralized collaboration network with a shared onchain treasury — and an unmistakable crypto/NFT angle.
