Reuters reports ElevenLabs plans to spend "hundreds of millions of dollars" in India on local teams, model development and Indian-language work.
The pledge is striking against the company's roughly $781M total raise — its $22B valuation came from a secondary share sale that added no new capital.
India is already ElevenLabs' second-largest enterprise market; the company aims to hire 100 people there and push past $100M in Indian revenue.
