AI leaker DrSingularity expects Anthropic to drop a release within a day or two to steal some of the spotlight from OpenAI's big announcement. In his view, this is how the lab race now works: one lab makes a huge announcement, and the others suddenly have a strong incentive to show what they've been sitting on.
