Gumloop launches cloud Agent Browser for sites without APIs or MCP
rohanpaul_ai · x · 2026-10-07
Gumloop launched Agent Browser, removing the constraint that agents can only work through APIs or MCP connectors. When an agent hits a site with no connector, it opens its own cloud browser and uses the site like a human: logging in, clicking, typing, downloading files.
- Every session runs in an isolated cloud sandbox (not your laptop), fully recorded with session replays
- Secure credential storage with 1Password integration; stealth, proxied sessions
- Model-agnostic: use a strong model to work out the steps, then a cheaper, faster model to repeat the clicks on schedule
Early reviewers call it an excellent addition to the agent toolchain for browser automation.
