ServiceNow President & COO Amit Zavery told CNBC TV18: "The software part is 20%. For an enterprise to maintain the software is 80%." His point: AI can write code, but replacing enterprise IP is a different game — enterprise software value lies in long-term maintenance and accumulated business logic.
