ServiceNow COO: India to be top-3 market, frontier model companies have no moat

ServiceNow President & COO Amit Zavery sat down with CNBC TV18 for a wide-ranging interview:
- India market: India is ServiceNow's fastest-growing market in Asia Pacific and is set to become one of its top-3 markets globally, which is why the company held its first World Forum there.
- On frontier model disruption: Pushing back on concerns that frontier models will shake the company's "AI control tower," Zavery argued "frontier companies don't have a moat in the current model" — enterprise AI rests on workflows and data integration.
- Stock pressure: Despite beating estimates and raising guidance for several straight quarters, the market keeps punishing the stock; he calls for a more "nuanced" view and hopes sentiment is turning.
- Rogue AI agents: Asked about agents going rogue, he said he is "very worried."
- Indian IT services: "Demand for system integrators is not going away."
