Dev: knowing how to use AI well is pay-to-play, only a handful can actually teach it

Quoting a take that only about five people can provide genuinely useful content on using AI well—while everyone else burns millions of dollars in compute "RL-ing their brains"—developer Tejas Kumar argues AI has become pay-to-play.
His response: he put his first website online at age 11 with no credit card, when the web was free and open to anyone, and he wants frontier AI to be that accessible.
