genmon and danielfogg's studio Inanimate is sharing its design process for WORKS, a limited release of five "Promptable Products" — physical devices inhabited by AI agents that understand what you want and change behavior on request. They're documenting hard choices with industrial designers (a screen they love but may struggle to source, an oversized prototype), shipping Autumn 2026.
